CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE

Self rising flour – 1-1/4 cups
Cocoa powder – 3/4 cup
Sugar – 2 cups
Baking powder – 1-1/2 tsp
Baking soda – 1-1/2tsp
Salt – 1tsp
Eggs – 2
Milk – 1cup
Veg oil – 1/2 cup
Vanilla flavour – 2 tsp
Boiling water – 1cup
Heat oven to 180deg. Grease and flour two 9 inch baking pans.
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Add the wet ingredients except boiling water and beat for 2-3 mins with an electric mix, until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Pour in hot boiling water and stir to mix into a thin consistency.
Pour into the greased tins and bake for about 35 to 40 mins or until done.
Let the cakes cool and then layer them.. with your choice of chocolate frosting.
